Official Rules

Boost Air and Plumbing Halloween Scariest Water Heater Contest. Sponsor: Boost Air and Plumbing, 2313 Michigan Ct, Arlington, TX 76016, and 2100 TX-360 Ste 907, Grand Prairie, TX 75050. Phone (817) 839-4672.

Eligibility. Open to homeowners age 18 or older who live in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and whose water heater is installed at that home. A zip code on this form does not by itself prove you live in the DFW Metroplex. Boost may ask for proof of homeownership, age, and service-area address before awarding the prize. Employees of Boost Air and Plumbing and their household members are not eligible. One entry per household. No purchase necessary.

How to enter. Complete the form on this page and send a photo of the water heater at your home by text to 817.203.3340 or by email to csr@boostairr.com and office@boostairr.com, and include your name. Entries close October 31, 2026 at 11:59 pm Central Time. A form without a photo may be disqualified.

Prize. One free tank-style water heater install. Tank style only. Tankless units are not included. Installation is at the winner’s DFW home and is limited to a standard residential tank swap. Permit fees, code upgrades, electrical or gas-line changes, relocation of the tank, and unusual access are not included unless Boost agrees in writing. Prize has no cash value and is not transferable.

Winner. Boost Air and Plumbing will pick the scariest, ugliest, or most nightmare-worthy water heater. The decision is final. The winner will be notified by phone and text within 5 business days after entries close. If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, or is not eligible, Boost may pick another entry.

Photos. Photos are used to judge the contest. By entering, you give Boost Air and Plumbing permission to use the submitted water heater photo to judge the contest and, if you win or are featured, in marketing, on this website, and on social channels. We will not publish your phone number or email. Do not include faces of children in the photo.

Marketing. The marketing checkbox is required to submit. By checking it, you agree to receive marketing promotions from Boost Air and Plumbing by phone, text, and email. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
